We had in mind a family-shared project and were looking for the perfect place to make it happen.
Like everyone who comes to El Chaltén, we fell in love with the landscape; the rugged and peaceful nature, and the magical grandeur of the mountains embraced by the vast and whimsical Patagonian sky.
We inaugurated Lunajuim in January 2001.
Our own experience as travelers guides us in providing dedicated attention to each guest. We understand that friendliness, personalized service, and the collection of experiences lived in this dreamlike environment are essential so that, when our guests recall their stay at Lunajuim, and in El Chaltén, a smile of satisfaction lights up their faces.
The leitmotif of our work is that every guest who arrives at our hotel feels like a special guest.

We remind our guests that, based on the results of the survey conducted among our guests and suppliers, the hotel does not offer TV service.

The hotel features comfortable single, double, and triple rooms. Each room includes a private bathroom and is equipped with a box spring bed, bed linens, down comforters, dressers, safes, and amenities.
